Joy Richard Gordon, 71, died
In a local hospital April 17.
He had been a resident of this
city for 36 years.
Gordon was a retired rancher. He
was a member of the American
Legion and Veterans of Foreign Wars.
Survivors include his widow, Valley H.
Gordon of 114 Austin; a son, Paul R.
Gordon, Deming; four daughters,
Grace Davis, Llaves, Christobel Crebs,
Sandy, Utah; Frances Coffey, Cahone,
Colorado; and Leona Lamb, Gallup;
One brother John Gordon, Caballo;
10 grandchildren and two great grand-
children.
Graveside services were conducted at
Caballo on April 18 at 10 a.m.

Mrs. Gordon was born March 3,

Samuel and Daisy McClendon
Hanna. She was a school teacher
for a number of years.

held at 2:30 p.m. March 10 at the
Caballo Cemetery with George
Meeks of Cuba officiating. Aames
Mortuary was in charge of
arrangements.
